2 tbsp milk
1 can pillsbury grands flaky layers biscuits
1 pkg precooked bacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions Directions:
Heat oven to 350.
Spray 11x7 or 12x8 glass baking dish with cooking spray.
In large bowl, beat egg and milk.
Separate dough into 8 biscuits, cut into quarters.
Gently stir pieces into egg mixture and coat evenly.
Fold in bacon, cheese and onions.
Spoon into baking dish and arrange biscuits into single layer.
Bake for 23-28 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.
Notes: I've never seen the Grands flaky biscuits here so I just use the regular flaky biscuits. Because of this, I use the smaller size dish, 11x7. Also, I don't like the precooked bacon so I cut a package of bacon in half down the center and cook that up to use. I also use the Kraft double cheddar because I find the taste a little better than regular cheddar.
